The SIU Alumni Association, encourages graduates of SIU Carbondale are to stay involved with the SIU Carbondale community by joining VolunteerSIU!, a volunteer network that assists current and future salukis with a variety of events and programs.
For students about to graduate, the Association puts on events like GradBash (a one-stop shop for all things graduation) and Alumni 101 where students can receive tips about life after college.
Connect with fellow alumni by letting them know what you’ve been up to since you graduated by telling your story at SalukiStories. More than a quarter of a million stories have been written at Southern Illinois University. What’s yours?
Alumni who have excelled in their fields can be considered for an SIU Distinguished Alumni award, one of the highest honors SIU alumni can attain. Presented by the SIU Alumni Association, you can apply or nominate someone for the award online.
